The Purpose of this paper is to analyze how Ford’s 2016 â€Å"Battle Tested† Superbowl commercial uses elements of the rhetorical triangle to persuade audiences into buying the Ford F-150 half-ton truck. Ford using military grade aluminum alloy for the body of the F-150 and using high strength steel for the frame revolutionized the half-ton truck category. The transition between steel and military grade aluminum alloy is a crucial change in the automobile industry.
